* We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.*### Manager of Mortgage Warehouse Credit is responsible for credit and operational risk management. Maintains and executes Department Credit Policy as well as providing input on operational policies and procedures. Manages Credit Processors and Analysts.
** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*** Recruit, Train and Manage Credit Processors and Credit Analysts
* Prepare and present Warehouse Credit presentations to Loan Committee
* Communicate with clients regularly to monitor compliance
* Manage credit policy updates and revisions
* Assist with workout scenarios
* Produce reports related to credit metrics.
* Position requires compliance with federal lending regulations, particularly Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Truth in Lending Act, Flood Disaster Protection Act, Homeowners Protection Act, and Home Mortgage Disclosure Act.
* Position requires compliance with all banking regulations, particularly the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti Money Laundering regulations.
* All BSA/AML related reports will be required to be filed as appropriate.
* Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.
* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
** Qualifications
* * To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
* ** Skills** + Mortgage banking underwriting guidelines + Financial analysis + Ability to write professionally and verbally defend credit presentations + Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, general business correspondence and/or journals or government regulations + Utilize data and produce effective reports for Senior Management
* ** Education and/or Experience** + Bachelor’s degree + 8 plus years mortgage banking sales or credit environment with emphasis on analysis + Track record of successful personnel management
* ** Computer Skills** + MS Office programs + Commercial financial analysis software + Database programs
* ** Certificates, Licenses, Registrations** + None
* ** Other Qualifications** (including physical requirements) + Must have knowledge of lending guidelines, standard business practices and industry trends.
