The Retirement Plan Operations Specialist leads the day-to-day client service and administrative support to plan sponsors and the back office operations, processing defined contribution and benefit plan transactions. While leading daily administrative operations, this job is responsible for asset management operations processes pertinent to retirement plan processing, settlements and record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manages and increases the effectiveness and efficiency of support services for retirement plan operations.
  • Leads the reconciliation of retirement plan accounts and ensures proper documentation.
  • Resolves complex account related issues and implements process changes to prevent reoccurring issues.
  • Communicates storage levels with management for on-site and off-site storage for retirement plan systems.
  • Interprets and implements company policies and procedures, and ensures compliance by preparing related reports and audits.
  • Coordinates communication between support and business functions.
  • Engages with plan participants and delivers support regarding various issues.
Educational Requirements
  • Vocational and/or Technical Education Preferred

Anticipated Posting End Date

Base Pay Range: $18.94/hr - $27.12/hr Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
