Overview
Looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and driven individual for the Finance Manager role at Randall Reed's Planet Ford 635, Garland TX.

Job Purpose: Responsible for supervising F&I Contractors, developing and maintaining the proper presentation of finance programs, and offering 100% of all products and services beneficial to Customer while maintaining company objectives. F&I managers also work with financial lenders to offer the Customer the most competitive rate available while maintaining ethical and legal compliance at all times. Maintains complete document requirements, closes all contracts, and ensures funding on a timely basis.
Responsibilities- Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
- Seeking new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
- Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources to secure approval and through the proper federal, state and corporate channels.
- Understanding and complying with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.
- Creating and maintaining a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
- Training and providing the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.
- Maintains Customer Satisfaction Standards (CSI) as established by the Dealership.

- Ability to identify the problem quickly.
- Good knowledge of automobiles.

- Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills.
- Leadership quality.
- Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Finance background preferred.
- Strong background in business, mathematics & marketing.
- 2 years automotive sales experience.
- 1 year in a dealership management position.
- Superior customer interaction skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
- Available evenings and weekends.
- All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.
