The CW Coordinator will support strategic execution and portfolio management initiatives within the Technology Risk organization. Working under the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) organization, this role will assist with financial planning, workforce operations, and business coordination activities that support cybersecurity programs and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain multi-year headcount and non-compensation budget reports
. - Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities including forecasting assumptions and financial reporting.
- Maintain working knowledge of major investment initiatives and financial planning inputs.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency within the FP&A process.
- Prepare ad hoc financial reports, analysis, and operational insights as requested.
- Support operational planning activities across cybersecurity engineering teams.
- Coordinate and organize information related to workforce planning, vendor management, and operational initiatives.
- Assist leadership with portfolio management and strategic execution initiatives.
- Organize and analyze large volumes of financial and operational information.
- Work collaboratively across teams to support evolving business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline
. - Minimum 2 years of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) experience
, preferably within a large organization. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
- Knowledge of Zero-Based Budgeting
. - Experience with FP&A tools such as Anaplan or SAP.
- Experience working within financial services environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
