Texas Financial Bank is hiring an experienced Loan Operations Specialist IV to join our growing Loan Operations team. This is a senior‑level, highly specialized role ideal for someone who excels in complex loan structures, advanced servicing, compliance interpretation, and cross‑departmental collaboration.

• Process, service, and review complex commercial, real estate, consumer, construction, and SBA loans
• Lead documentation accuracy, collateral perfection, system booking, and high‑risk portfolio support
• Resolve escalated servicing issues and perform advanced research and problem‑solving
• Maintain expert‑level knowledge of lending regulations (RESPA, Reg Z, ECOA, HMDA, Flood, SBA, etc.)
• Support audits, regulatory exams, and procedural updates
• Mentor junior staff and provide leadership in training and process optimization
• Participate in system enhancements, conversions, and special projects

• 5+ years of progressive loan operations experience
• Deep knowledge of commercial, real estate, consumer, and SBA lending
• Strong expertise in loan documentation, collateral requirements, and loan accounting
• Advanced proficiency with loan servicing platforms and core banking systems
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to serve as a technical expert and handle complex assignments independently
• Professional, collaborative banking environment
• Frequent work with sensitive financial data requiring accuracy and discretion
• Occasional travel for training or project‑based support
