Sky Bridge Luxury is seeking a Senior Vice President of Finance to lead the next phase of financial structure, discipline, and scalability across a growing hospitality platform. This role is designed for a proven finance leader who excels at building systems from the ground up
, implementing processes, and driving execution across complex, multi-department operations.
The Vice President of Finance will serve as a key strategic and operational partner to ownership and executive leadership, responsible for creating financial infrastructure, establishing KPI frameworks, restructuring the finance function, and ensuring consistent, reliable reporting to support growth and decision-making.
Role OverviewThis is a hands‑on leadership role for a finance executive who thrives in environments that require clarity, structure, and transformation
. The VP of Finance will assess current‑state operations, identify gaps, and design and implement scalable financial systems and processes that support both near‑term performance and long‑term growth.
- Design, build, and implement financial systems, reporting structures, and internal controls from the ground up
- Lead the restructuring and organization of the finance department
, including roles, workflows, and accountability - Establish and roll out new KPI dashboards and performance metrics aligned with operational and strategic objectives
- Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long‑range financial planning
- Develop standardized financial processes across departments and properties to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Partner closely with operations, revenue, and leadership teams to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Lead month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes with a focus on timeliness and reliability
- Implement best practices around cost controls, capital planning, and financial governance
- Evaluate and optimize financial technology, tools, and reporting platforms
- Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing finance team
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within hospitality, real estate, or a service‑driven, multi‑unit environment
- Demonstrated success creating financial infrastructure from scratch or leading major financial transformations
- Strong background in systems implementation, process design, and KPI development
- Highly execution‑oriented with the ability to move from strategy to rollout
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, evolving organization with incomplete systems
- Strong communicator who can partner effectively with ownership, executives, and operational leaders
- Experience leading teams through change and establishing financial discipline
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA and/or CPA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Deep understanding of hospitality financial operations, including labor, margins, and unit‑level performance
- Advanced proficiency with financial systems, reporting tools, and dashboards
