Accounts Payable Manager

UNITY has been engaged by a large technology company looking for a Senior Manager to lead their Accounts Payable and Treasury functions.

You’ll own end-to-end AP operations, global treasury, and cash forecasting while driving process improvements and leading a team of AP Analysts.

• Oversee invoice processing and payment runs; reduce days payable outstanding
• Monitor daily cash positions and manage domestic and international treasury operations
• Manage banking relationships, debt facilities, and regulatory compliance
• Prepare and maintain 13-week cash flow forecasts in partnership with Finance
• Review and approve reconciliations, journal entries, and account analyses
• Supervise and develop the AP team; set targets and conduct performance reviews
• Partner with Procurement on new tool implementation (Net Suite); drive automation and standardization

• 8+ years in treasury, AP, or corporate finance; 3+ years managing a team
• Hands‑on experience with TMS and ERP platforms (Net Suite a plus)
• Strong grasp of cash forecasting, banking relationships, and AP controls
• CTP or CPA preferred
