Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and completion of the Financial Management Training Program (FMT).

Major Duties
  • Assists with system maintenance. Researches, identifies, and resolves system/customer issues.
  • Tests and implements program changes and new products and solutions. Assists in analyzing business conditions and developing policies.
  • Coordinates with other departments and contractors to complete analysis, research design, development, conversion, and implementation of programs.
  • Assists in the interpretation of financial writing/updating applicable Exchange Operating Policy (EOP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and user guides.
  • Conducts training associated with process improvements.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
