Boeing Global Services (BGS) Distribution Business is looking for an Associate Inventory Accounting & Control (Level
2) in Dallas, TX.

• Ensure compliance and champion internal controls and procedures
• Analyze data and provide business insights to aid decision making by business and finance leaders
• Train and guide other teammates on expanded reporting capabilities
• Engage with the business partners to assess internal and external factors, their impact on business performance and to achieve organizational objectives
• Establish or enhance processes and tools to optimize functional effectiveness.
• Wall‑to‑Wall Physical Inventory Audits – Travel 20%
• Inventory Stock Verification
• Utilize skills in Microsoft Excel

• 3+ years of experience in Operations
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookup, pivot tables, charts and filters
• Work experience with SAP, including reporting capabilities
• Experience analyzing, interpreting, preparing, and reconciling financial information

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
• 1+ years of experience working with Accounts Payable research
• 3+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and demanding team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $75,000 - $88,000. Applications for this position will be accepted until Mar. 06, 2026.
