Position OverviewThe Finance Manager will serve as a key business partner to executive leadership and operations teams. This role will lead financial planning and analysis, oversee reporting processes, support strategic initiatives, and ensure strong financial controls in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with operational acumen and thrives in a growth‑oriented, performance‑driven culture.
Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Develop rolling forecasts and long‑term financial models
- Provide variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership
- Build KPI dashboards to monitor plant performance, margins, and working capital
- Partner with operations to analyze production costs, labor efficiency, and inventory management
- Support cost accounting processes, including standard costing and variance analysis
- Evaluate capital expenditures and ROI on automation and equipment investments
- Drive margin improvement initiatives across product lines
- Oversee monthly financial close in collaboration with accounting
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Strengthen internal controls and financial processes as the company scales
- Support audit and compliance requirements
- Assist with growth planning, new product launches, and expansion initiatives
- Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis
- Support M&A analysis or integration efforts (if applicable)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5–8+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within manufacturing
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory management
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams
