The Financial Reporting Manager will lead a team of senior and staff accountants responsible for external reporting obligations. This includes oversight of quarterly and annual SEC filings, consolidated financial statements, technical accounting considerations, and audit support across multiple entities. The role reports to the Senior Director and plays a critical part in ensuring high‑quality reporting delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Direct preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10‑K / 10‑Q)
- Oversee monthly close activities, consolidations, and internal reporting packages
- Research and apply GAAP and SEC guidance; address technical accounting matters
- Manage, develop, and review work of reporting team members
- Support annual audit and quarterly reviews
- Lead preparation of joint venture reporting deliverables
- Contribute to special projects and enhancements to reporting processes
- 8+ years of combined public accounting and/or industry experience
- Strong SEC reporting background with hands‑on experience drafting filings
CPA required - Demonstrated supervisory experience
- Proficiency with Workiva (Wdesk) required
- Strong GAAP and technical accounting foundation
- Industry background flexible
