Financial Analyst

Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a leading Real Estate company who are looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team.

• Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support investment decisions.
• Monitor and report on financial performance metrics and variances.
• Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual budget forecasts and reports.
• Analyse market trends and industry developments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst in a multi-site, multi-state environment.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in an Analyst position (Investment Banking experience preferred)
• CFA Certification is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
