This is a full-time, on-site role based in The Crescent located in Uptown, in Dallas, Texas.
Role DescriptionThis is not a general administrative role.
We are seeking a Senior Client Service Associate with direct experience in an RIA, private bank, or financial advisory firm who understands the operational precision and white-glove client service required in a high-touch fiduciary environment.
You will serve as a critical operational partner to our advisors ensuring seamless client experiences, accurate account management, and disciplined execution of compliance and custodial processes.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes yet enjoys meaningful client interaction and takes pride in operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as primary operational support to advisors and firm leadership
- Manage client account onboarding, transfers, maintenance, and documentation
- Coordinate with custodians and third-party partners
- Prepare reports, meeting materials, and client correspondence
- Maintain compliance workflows and confidential records
- Coordinate client meetings and scheduling
- Ensure a polished, seamless client experience at every touchpoint
- 3+ years in a wealth management, RIA, private banking, or financial advisory firm
- Direct experience supporting financial advisors or portfolio managers
- Familiarity with custodial platforms, account documentation, and compliance processes
- Understanding of fiduciary standards and financial terminology
- High attention to detail and operational discipline
- Experience working with high-net-worth or family office clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems and financial planning software
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not required with 10+ years of industry experience)
- Series 7 or 66 license (or willingness to obtain; sponsorship available)
