Staffing Now is partnering with a small, growing bank that just launched a search for a Loan Closer. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–4 years of residential loan processing experience who wants to grow long-term with a supportive, hands‑on leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Process, close, and administer residential and complex loans
- Prepare and review loan documents in accordance with approvals
- Coordinate with title companies, appraisers, and insurance providers
- Review title commitments, insurance, flood determinations, and payoffs
- Manage construction loan draws, revolving lines of credit, and commercial real estate advances
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners
- Residential loan processing experience (very manual environment)
- Ideal experience level: 2–4 years
- Detail‑oriented and customer‑focused
- Open to in‑office work (Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 – no overtime)
