Role SummaryThe Private Banking Relationship Executive will be responsible for originating, developing, and deepening relationships with high-net-worth clients through a high-touch advisory approach centered on:
- Liquidity, treasury, and payment solutions
The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong credit acumen, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to sophisticated clients while protecting margin, asset quality, and the bank’s long-term franchise value.
Key Responsibilities- Originate and grow relationship-based core deposits
- Structure and deliver tailored credit solutions aligned with risk and profitability standards
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with HNW individuals, business owners, fiduciaries, and COIs
- Partner with underwriting and risk teams to ensure disciplined credit execution
- Drive wallet share through integrated liquidity and payments strategies
- Maintain strong production cadence and portfolio quality oversight
- Contribute to a scalable, capital‑efficient growth model
- Proven track record in deposit-driven relationship banking
- Strong lending background with disciplined underwriting mindset
- Experience serving HNW or closely held business clients
