Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the accounting, tax, and accounts payable functions to ensure operational excellence.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for timely and accurate reporting.
- Direct the financial statement audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Oversee cash flow management, banking relationships, and financial forecasting.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance financial processes and support strategic decisions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial management, or controllership roles.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Show proficiency with ERP systems such as Net Suite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain and improve financial systems and internal controls to optimize efficiency and reduce risk.
- Support budgeting and financial planning efforts with actionable insights for leadership.
- Implement and enhance ERP systems and financial software to streamline operations.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team to foster growth and collaboration.
- Analyze financial trends and KPIs to support strategic business initiatives.
