Accounting Manager – Multi‑Entity Healthcare Organization We are seeking an Accounting Manager for a growing healthcare organization based in North Dallas. This is a Hybrid position (3 days/week in office) and pays 120K-130K+Bonus.
About this role:
- Fast‑growing, multi‑entity healthcare platform (10+ entities today with several acquisitions planned; planning to triple in revenue in the upcoming years)
- Strong mentorship and development‑focused finance leadership
- Opportunity to build close processes, strengthen controls, and elevate the team
- Dynamic team environment with supportive leadership and realistic expectations
- Exposure to private equity and high‑growth operations without a “burnout” culture
- Own and drive the month‑end close process across multiple entities
- Review financial statements, identify anomalies, and guide the team on root‑cause analysis
- Train and mentor Senior and Staff Accountants; elevate technical and analytical capabilities
- Build scalable processes, close checklists, and internal controls to support rapid growth
- Ensure accuracy of the general ledger, account reconciliations, and reporting deliverables
- Support integration of newly acquired entities into the accounting structure
- Partner with the Controller and cross‑functional leaders to improve reporting efficiency
- Leverage a newly implemented ERP to automate processes and accelerate close timelines
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects as the organization grows
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong general ledger, month‑end close, and financial reporting experience
- Prior leadership experience;
Enjoys teaching, mentoring, and building team capabilities - Background in multi‑location, multi‑entity environments (healthcare experience strongly preferred)
- Experience working in high‑growth or acquisitive environments is a plus
- Ability to identify irregularities on the balance sheet and guide the team through corrections
- Strong process‑improvement mindset with the ability to build structure in a developing function
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
