Client Service Associate​/Financial Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Financial Analyst in the Dallas / Fort worth, Texas area. This role involves a dynamic mix of financial analysis, client service, and strategic planning. On a daily basis, the person will review and interpret clients’ financial data, model and troubleshoot cash flow issues, and tailor their work to align with each client’s unique goals. They’ll prepare detailed reports and agendas for quarterly meetings and assist with opening new accounts.

Much of the work is internal—collaborating with team members to stay ahead of client needs and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. A strong understanding of legal structures and how they interconnect is essential, as this knowledge informs the financial strategies being developed. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and client-focused, with strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt their day-to-day priorities based on evolving client goals.

This role has the growth potential to turn into a client facing role while learning the business in their first few years of employment. This role is looking to start ASAP.

• 1-2+ years of experience in a financial analyst or relative role
• Great verbal and written communication, organization, multi-tasking, detail oriented skills
• Professionalism internally and when facing potential clients
• Strong experience with Excel
  • Vlookups, Piot Tables, etc.
• Strong analytical skills are vital
• Degree in Accounting or Finance or Economics
• CFA, CPA or CFP certs
• Big 4 accounting firms (Deloitte, PWC, KPMG, EY)
• Series 65 - they will need to be willing to work towards this if they don't already have it
• Addepar or Wealthscape (Financial software)
