Annaly is seeking a Lock Desk Analyst who will be responsible for supporting daily lock desk operations across delegated and non-delegated channels, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant pricing support. This role manages lock requests, pipeline cancellations, and pricing exception changes while monitoring dashboards to maintain service-level standards.
The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of experience in the residential mortgage whole loan space. Candidates should have an understanding of pricing sheets/matrices and underwriting guidelines.
Responsibilities- Process pipeline requests in accordance with established policies and service-level expectations.
- Monitor Lock Desk dashboards for lock exception and change requests, applying accurate and compliant pricing adjustments as required.
- Oversee new seller onboarding with pricing vendors and maintain seller-specific overlays across multiple systems to ensure pricing accuracy and consistency.
- Validate pricing and eligibility as part of our purchase process
- 2+ years of experience in loan pricing, eligibility and secondary marketing
- Knowledgeable in the loan origination and fulfillment process
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize accordingly
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, with Senior Management regarding the progress and results of projects and initiatives
- Ability to identify material defects and troubleshoot accordingly
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints and in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Must be willing to work additional hours as needed to complete deadline driven projects
- Must be willing to work in Dallas, TX on-site four days a week
