  • Assist with planning deliverables such as retirement projections, capital sufficiency analyses, and scenario modeling.
  • Help implement and monitor investment strategies, including allocation tracking, rebalancing support, and coordination around trading workflows.
  • Contribute to tax-aware planning by collecting inputs, assisting with projections, and helping incorporate tax considerations into recommendations.
  • Support estate and risk management efforts through document review, summaries, and tracking action items with clients and advisors.
  • Draft client meeting materials, summaries, and presentation content; ensure accurate documentation in CRM and client systems.
  • Coordinate account service needs with custodians and outside partners to ensure timely, high-touch execution.
  • Provide investment research support across equities, fixed income, and other securities as needed.
  • Recommend and help implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and elevate the client experience.
Client Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, wealth management, investments, support, client service, or a similar advisory environment.
  • Portable book of business required; ideally approximately ~$20M or less.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients directly and representing the firm with professionalism and confidence.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills; high attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Team-oriented, relationship-driven mindset with a client-first approach to service.
  • CFP® designation (completed or in progress) is a plus.
  • Ability to work 100% in-office in the Dallas area (clients value in-person accessibility).
