* ** Helps with project planning and to direct engagements
* Conducts site inspections
* Analyzes information and identifies technical issues
* Completes estimates of real and personal property building components
* Produces client deliverables
* Communicates project status with internal and external clientele
* Reviews junior members’ work product
* Helps present findings to clientele
* Assists with development and maintenance of client service templates
* Mentors and develops junior team members
* Adheres to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
* Provides timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations
* Assists with practice development
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor's degree required; with an emphasis in construction management, engineering, accounting or related field preferred
