As our Senior 401(k) Strategist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisors with their 401(k) needs. You'll work at the intersection of technology and retirement solutions, helping to revolutionize how companies and their employees navigate retirement planning. This role offers the opportunity to help shape the expansion of Farther’s 401k services to best serve our advisors and clients.

• Conduct regular meetings and reviews with plan sponsors to ensure the effective operation of the 401(k) plan and discuss any changes in regulations or plan enhancements.
• Coordinate educational seminars, webinars, and one‑on‑one consultations to help participants understand their 401(k) benefits and retirement savings strategies, as needed.
• Generate and review regular plan reports, including performance, contribution status, and participant enrollment data.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all plan documentation, communications, and transactions.
• Prepare and present reports for plan sponsors, providing key insights and recommendations for plan improvements or compliance needs.
• Work closely with the investment committee and plan sponsors to ensure the investment lineup aligns with the overall goals of the 401(k) plan.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and ongoing management of new 401(k) plans for advisors.
• Partner closely with Farther Institutional to identify and respond to active RFPs, assist in investment recommendations, and build committee presentations.
• Build, maintain, and improve clear processes and timelines for all 401(k) work.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for advisors regarding their 401(k) plan questions.

• Executive level presentation skills, comfortable speaking to individuals or large groups with an informative, polished presentation.
• 10+ years in the wealth management industry.
• 5+ years working with 401(k) plan management.
• Track record of managing multiple client relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Tech‑savvy with experience in retirement plan platforms.
• Excellence in cross‑functional collaboration and communication.

• Certified Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS) or other relevant certifications preferred, but not required.
• Experience with financial technology or startup environments.
• Knowledge of modern retirement plan design trends.
• Background in participant education and financial wellness.
