Senior Escrow Officer

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Commercial Escrow officer to join the National Commercial Services Operation for an industry leading Land Title Insurance company in Dallas, Texas. The position entails managing complex, high‑liability escrow transactions; overseeing closings; collaborating closely with the underwriting team; delivering exceptional customer service; and handling a broad range of title insurance matters. We are looking for individuals who have TLTA and ALTA experience across a variety of spectrums of commercial real estate sector:
Multi-Site, Specialty retails, Mixed Use Asset, etc. with a proven track record of closing an average of 30 Transactions per month.

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Commercial Escrow Officer
• Experience with closing an average of 30 Transactions per month
• Experience managing deals with the value of 20 million or above
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Familiarity with Title Insurance in Texas and/or Nationally
