Known for innovation and reliability, this high-growth organization continues to expand its footprint through operational excellence.
The Accounting Manager will lead day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance while driving efficiency, consistency, and scalability across processes and systems. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will mentor a growing team and partner cross-functionally to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop accounting team members, including offshore resources
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close and financial reporting
- Ensure GAAP compliance and support audits and regulatory requirements
- Drive process improvements, automation, and system optimization
- Support acquisition integrations and post-close harmonization
- Provide financial analysis and insights to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership exposure
- Strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise
- Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP systems
- Proven ability to scale processes in a growth environment
