I'm working closely with an AmLaw 50 firm seeking a Finance Associate (1+ YOE) to join its Corporate Debt practice in Dallas
.
- Compensation range: $235,000–$390,000 base (+DOE) + Bonuses
- Sophisticated corporate debt and commercial finance work
- Exposure to syndicated lending, secured transactions, and cash-flow credit facilities
This associate will work on complex corporate debt transactions, including syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, secured lending, and other commercial finance matters. The role offers hands-on drafting, deal execution, and direct interaction with deal teams across a high-volume, sophisticated finance platform.
