LHH is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant on behalf of a well-established and growing financial services organization that provides accounting and advisory support to investment firms. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an accounting or finance professional with strong private equity, venture capital, or public accounting experience who enjoys working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of fund accounting, financial reporting, and investor relations, along with strong technical and analytical skills.

• Oversee the audit and tax preparation processes for multiple investment funds
• Assist with capital calls, distributions, and allocations of income and expenses to investors
• Maintain detailed records of portfolio company financial activity and investment data
• Perform cash flow forecasting and cash management functions for assigned funds
• Support the preparation of quarterly investor reports and related analyses
• Manage and update investor information within third‑party fund accounting systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on ad‑hoc financial projects and reporting requests
• Participate in periodic client meetings; limited local travel may be required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting or financial services, preferably in fund accounting or private equity
• CPA designation (or progress toward CPA) preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Quick Books or fund administration systems a plus
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
