About the role
SNI Financial has partnered with a Real Estate/ PE firm that is hiring an experienced Fund Controller.
The Controller will overseeing fund accounting, reporting, and performance analytics for real estate and PE funds.
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual financials in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Oversee fund accounting activities, including consolidations, journal entries, NAVs, waterfall calculations
- Manage audit and tax coordination
- Analyze and report fund and investment performance metrics;
- 6-8 years of real estate and/or PE fund accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills, including calculating IRRs, waterfalls, and related analyses
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
- Option to work fully remote
