• Build and analyze financial models, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Partner with leadership to support strategic decisions and growth initiatives
• Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting
• Work with large datasets using Excel, SQL, and Python
• Lead projects and help mentor junior analysts as the team continues to scale

• 3–4+ years of experience in financial analysis (open to strong analysts ready for a step up)
• Strong foundation in finance and accounting concepts (financial statements, modeling, forecasting)
• Comfortable presenting insights to executives and cross-functional leaders
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL/Python highly preferred
• A proactive, energetic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
