Commercial Real Estate Analyst

Our client is looking to add a Sr Analyst to the team as they continue to expand. This is a hands‑on opportunity to build a career in commercial real estate finance with one of the nation’s most active and respected debt and equity lenders. You’ll work directly with senior producers on every stage of loan origination — from financial analysis and underwriting to negotiation and closing — gaining real transaction experience and a clear path toward a production role.

• Support senior originators with loan structuring, underwriting, and analysis across multifamily and commercial assets.
• Prepare loan packages, manage due diligence, and coordinate closings with lenders, attorneys, and clients.
• Conduct property and market research to support deal evaluation.
• Maintain communication with lenders, investors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate, banking, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Motivated, analytical, and eager to grow into a production role.
