Job Description

Client Analysts are integral parts of PFO Planning client advisory teams. In this role, Client Analysts within advisory teams lead all aspects of client service operations from organizing advisory team and client meetings, to supporting advisory teams through tax and other client service deadlines, to completing Docu Sign requests, etc. A highly organized candidate, with strong team orientation and excellent communication skills will thrive in this role.

This role is for an early 2026 start date.

How You Will Fulfill Your Potential
  • Schedule and manage client and advisory team meetings, including travel, space management and expenses.
  • Spearhead client onboarding and contracting, including resolving any questions or issues related to billing, invoicing or contracts.
  • Support advisory teams deliver critical client service including assistance through tax deadlines such as managing and processing incoming client mail, creating vouchers, requesting checks, downloading tax documents, drafting responses, prepopulating subscription documents, populating appropriate tax forms and communicating operational tasks with external tax firms.
  • Mailing out responses and tax filing.
  • Manage task trackers such as tax refund logs, mortgage, tax tracker, notices log, frequency report, etc.
  • Coordinate capital calls and support mortgage requests and applications.
  • Prepare consent forms, Docu Sign requests, database updates, and execute philanthropic giving processes including charitable acknowledgment letters.
  • Support data gathering asks, data management, and other required tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to complete various client service and operational tasks, including issue resolutions.
  • Ensure processes and procedures within the advisory team are effective, efficient and compliant with firm‑wide policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Understand and adhere to all policies and procedures including, but not limited to, quality, client service, information security and compliance.
  • Provide ad hoc issue resolution and management support as required.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or demonstrated client service experience in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with financial planning and tax documents is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Eager to work in a fast‑paced environment; ability to think and execute clearly under time pressure.
  • Extremely organized and detail‑oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team orientation.
