Senior Fund Accountant

Seeking a Senior Fund Accountant to join its Fund Finance team in Dallas. This role will support the accounting, reporting, and operational oversight of private investment funds and offers meaningful exposure to complex fund structures and close interaction with investment, tax, and investor relations teams.

• Review and analyze daily cash activity and investment transactions
• Prepare and review journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
• Coordinate capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
• Review management fee and expense calculations
• Support preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Prepare quarterly capital account statements and performance reporting
• Assist with fund-level reporting packages for internal stakeholders
• Support regulatory and compliance reporting requirements
• Partner with tax, legal, and investor relations teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Liaise with third-party fund administrators and service providers
• Assist with ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting and/or private equity fund accounting
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and private equity fund structures
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with fund accounting systems (e.g., Investran) a plus
