Fund Accounting Manager

Overview

SNI Financial is partnering with a leading fund administration provider serving the real estate investment and private equity sectors. As they continue to grow, they're seeking an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to oversee accounting for multiple clients across North America. This role is ideal for someone ready to step into broader client ownership, leadership, and operational impact.

• Oversee full accounting for multiple management company clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for PE & VC clients
• Lead client onboarding, systems implementation, and process optimization
• Supervise and mentor Accounting Associates and Senior Associates
• Manage AP, expense reporting, payroll, and cash activity
• Review journal entries, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Deliver monthly/quarterly financial reporting to management
• Partner with fund teams on intercompany activity
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc client requests

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred, not required
• 5+ years of public and/or private accounting experience, with real estate or PE/VC clients
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients independently
• Client-facing mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills

• High client exposure and ownership
