Corporate Controller—Large Home builder—North Dallas Area—$175K to $225K plus bonus
This company is a highly successful regional home builder with a Corporate Office in North Dallas. The Corporate Controller reports directly to the CFO and has financial oversight of the general ledger and financial reporting. The position offers a fun, upbeat, and collaborative work environment and will oversee a team of 6–8 individuals and liaise with external auditors.
Responsibilities- Oversee the general ledger and financial reporting under the CFO
- Lead and develop a team of 6–8 accounting professionals
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors
- Report to the Corporate CFO
- Fulfill in-office requirements at Irving, TX
- Interview and hire within the next 30 days
- CPA required
- Prior public accounting experience (highly preferred) — a strong Assurance Senior Manager could be an ideal candidate
- Homebuilding experience (highly preferred) with strong homebuilding accounting knowledge
$175K to $225K plus 10% bonus and excellent benefits
