Overview
The Finance Director leads all financial operations, planning, and reporting for the U.S. manufacturing site.
Responsibilities
• Lead budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
• Oversee cost accounting and P&L performance.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Manage cash flow and capital investment.
• Conduct financial modeling for projects and pricing.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Oversee ERP financial accuracy.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; CPA/MBA preferred.
• 8+ years finance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in cost accounting.
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and compliance.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
• Can use Chinese as work language
