A growing Dallas based tax planning and advisory firm is seeking a Tax Manager to lead client engagements and help expand a small but growing team. This is a client facing role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex tax matters in plain English.

Responsibilities include planning, preparing, and reviewing federal and state returns for individuals, partnerships, S corps, corporations, trusts, and nonprofits. The role also includes tax strategy, financial statement analysis for tax adjustments, IRS notice resolution, and meeting directly with clients on planning opportunities.

Qualifications:

Candidates must be CPAs with at least five years of experience and at least one year as a manager. Strong experience with flow through entities and high net worth individuals is preferred.
