This is an opportunity to join a highly acquisitive, growth-oriented, private equity–backed company. The company has completed extensive M&A activity over the past several years and continues to scale through acquisitions, platform expansion, and operational build-out.

The Tax Senior Associate will play a key role in supporting tax compliance and provision activities while working closely with external advisors. The role offers broad exposure to partnership and corporate tax, income tax provisions, and M&A-related work within a tax team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all aspects of the company’s tax function in coordination with external tax advisors
  • Review federal, state, and local partnership and C corporation income and franchise tax returns prepared by third-party providers
  • Review income tax provisions prepared by outside advisors
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on sales and use tax and property tax compliance
  • Manage tax-related audits, notices, and correspondence
  • Review quarterly tax projections and estimates
  • Perform quarterly and annual tax account reconciliations
  • Assist with tax due diligence, structuring, and integration for M&A transactions
  • Identify tax planning and process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
    ;
    Master’s in Taxation preferred
  • Active CPA license required
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant tax experience
  • Strong background in partnership tax, corporate tax, and income tax provisions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
