Senior Accountant

A private equity-backed, multi-unit organization in the Addison area is adding a Senior Accountant to its growing finance team. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants more than routine close work — offering real ownership, exposure to leadership, and the chance to help shape processes as the business continues to scale.

Youll be a key player in the monthly close and financial reporting process, working closely with the Controller and cross-functional partners across the business. This role blends hands-on accounting with analytical insight and process improvement — ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how the business truly operates.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• Experience in multi-unit, retail, or franchised environments a plus
• Comfortable working in a PE-backed, deadline-driven organization
• Curious, proactive, and eager to take ownership

• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial acumen
• Ability to juggle priorities and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
