NMLS Licensed Equity Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX (On-site, 5 days a week)

Salary: $60,000 annually + Commissions

Reports to: Head of Revenue

• Originate Home Equity Agreements (HEA) for direct-to-consumer (DTC) and third-party origination (TPO) clients—helping homeowners unlock equity without new debt, monthly payments, or selling their home.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Nada’s platform, educating clients on the benefits and mechanics of equity sharing versus traditional home equity products.
• Originate HELOCs and traditional mortgages as a courtesy for HEA clients and referrals, leveraging Nada’s status as a fully licensed mortgage broker.
• Manage and convert leads from diverse sources: affiliate partners, social media, TPO, and client referrals.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and Nada’s commitment to transparency and simplicity.
• Maintain accurate records and provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
• Collaborate with a diverse, purpose-driven team to achieve company goals and deliver best-in-class client experiences.

• Active NMLS license in Texas and California (additional states a plus).
• Proven experience in mortgage origination, with a strong grasp of HELOCs, and traditional mortgage products.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for educating clients about innovative financial solutions.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with mortgage origination software and digital tools.
