Real Estate Fund Manager

Overview

SNI Financial is partnering with a well-established, national fund administration firm to add a Fund Manager to its Real Estate Fund Accounting group in Dallas. This team supports institutional real estate funds and continues to grow due to client demand.

This role is ideal for someone coming from public accounting (audit or tax) or a real estate / private equity fund environment who wants continued technical exposure and career progression paired with a more predictable and sustainable schedule than public accounting.

As a Fund Manager
, you’ll manage real estate fund engagements and serve as a key point of contact for clients while partnering closely with senior leadership.

• Managing day-to-day fund administration for real estate funds
• Overseeing capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
• Reviewing quarterly and annual reporting to Limited Partners
• Handling investor communications and LP requests
• Overseeing management company accounting (AP/AR)
• Reviewing bank reconciliations and key deliverables
• Mentoring and reviewing work of junior team members

• 5–6+ years of experience
• Public accounting (audit or tax) strongly preferred
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities
• Ownership mindset with strong follow-through
• CPA is a plus, not required
• Hybrid schedule (typically 2–3 days in office
  )
• Flexibility during quarter-end and busy periods
• Performance-driven but not rigid or bureaucratic
• Teams are close-knit, open, and genuinely supportive
