Senior Tax Manager

Location: Fort Worth, TX – Hybrid 2 days onsite | Full Remote potential

Pay: $140K–$180K+ Bonus

• Lead tax compliance and advisory work for high-net-worth individuals, their related entities, trusts, and foundations.
• Manage engagement planning, workflow, reviews, and client communications to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee and mentor teams of seniors and staff while providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Research complex tax issues and translate technical matters into clear, practical recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives.

• BS in Accounting or Finance required, Master’s in Tax preferred.
• 5+ years of tax experience with heavy emphasis on HNW and Private Equity.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Prior leadership, mentoring, or engagement-management experience is a strong plus.
