Vice President - Commercial Real Estate Appraiser

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President - Commercial Real Estate Appraiser, located in Dallas, TX; additional markets of Houston, San Antonio, and Austin are also available. The role includes overseeing and managing complex property valuations, conducting financial analyses, and preparing detailed appraisal reports. The Vice President will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, analyze market data, and deliver high-quality, timely deliverables.

The position requires leading appraisal projects, ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines, and providing critical insights into commercial real estate trends.

• Strong knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Mortgages
• Proficiency in Finance, Underwriting, and Commercial Lending
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field; advanced certifications such as MAI designation are a plus
• Ability to work independently and lead teams on-site in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with appraisal software and modern valuation tools is beneficial
