The Finance Manager plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization and leading the finance and accounting team. This position is responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, reporting, and core accounting activities, while consolidating and interpreting financial results for senior leadership. The Finance Manager serves as a strategic finance partner to operational leaders, translating financial insights into actionable guidance that supports operational excellence and strong financial performance.

• Execute, lead and oversee financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and strategic project support for senior leadership.
• Own the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Partner with operational and business leaders to identify opportunities to improve financial performance, margins, and operational efficiency.
• Review and explain budget‑to‑actual variances, proactively identifying risks, trends, and corrective actions.
