The Role:- Financial Stewardship: Total responsibility for the financial results of assigned business units.
- Team Development: Coach and delegate to local accounting teams while maintaining "hands‑on" involvement.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for local leadership.
- Internal Controls: Act as the guardian of the control environment and corporate accounting policies.
- CPA with a track record of leadership in a $100M+ revenue environment.
- 10+ years of experience, with a preference for industrial or commercial services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills—able to influence leaders and partners alike.
- A "Forward-thinking" approach to financial problem-solving.
