With over $3.5bn in assets under management, this firm is known for its strategic approach to real estate investing and its strong track record across multiple asset classes. This particular role will focus on the residential portfolio, including multifamily and BTR assets, making prior experience in residential real estate a key differentiator.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to build relationships across teams and functions
