The Senior Analyst of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a strategic finance leader responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and other analysis activities that enable data-driven decision-making and support executive leadership with insights and recommendations. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, and financial analysis to ensure the organization meets its strategic and financial goals.
- 2-3 year analyst
- Someone out of investment banking or private equity strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
- Great exposure - report to the CFO
- Well positioned for a higher-level role
