Job Description:

This job is responsible for analyzing the day‑to‑day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include building new procedures, completing complex non‑routine analytics, creating reports, and reviewing exception testing and processing. Job expectations include supporting continuous improvement of processes by identifying trends and understanding the operations environment.

Job Description:

The Operations Analyst role is a non‑client facing Operations role, performing a variety of functions related to Account Analysis billing processing and research. The Operations Analyst will act as a point of contact for the Sales and Servicing teams, as well as complete unique Analysis maintenance and pricing functions for all clients utilizing treasury management services.

Responsibilities:
  • Leads implementation for products, services, and operational solutions
  • Manages the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services
  • Consults on procedural, technical, and operational changes
  • Advances business products knowledge within operations environment
  • Fosters relationships with partners and teammates
  • Inspects data to identify issues and trends
  • Presents reporting on key performance and implementation status
LOB Responsibilities:
  • Research and resolution of complex billing issues and inquiries.
  • Telephone, E‑mail and Microsoft Communicator contact with many different Bank partners.
  • Completion of more complex data entry tasks, report auditing and spreadsheet calculations.
  • Ability to be subject matter expert and to provide support to others.
  • Process and understand Pricing requests.
  • Contribute toward development and implementation of unit procedures and processes and support risk initiatives.
LOB Requirements:
  • 2+ years of banking experience and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Acts with a sense of urgency and creates this in others
  • Displays problem‑solving, analytical & organizational skills
  • Acts decisively and with good judgment
  • Must be flexible & adaptable; ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities
