- Manage annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, executive reporting and financial planning processes.
- Develop KPI’s and build financial models that support strategic planning & scenario analysis.
- Ensure financial data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal controls.
- Analyze monthly results against budget, forecasts, and prior periods, providing clear insights for leadership.
- Strong background in data modeling and working with large datasets.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, with at least 3 years in FP&A.
- Advanced Excel skills required; and experience with ERP systems such as Hyperion, SAP, Oracle, or Net Suite.
