* Job Description:

** JOB DUTIES  
• Conducts intricate research of more complex property tax cases by utilizing advanced tools   and resources including internal departments, third party sources, public agencies, and   clients according to defined business procedures  
• Interacts directly with clients to deliver exceptional client service in a high-volume production   environment   
• Leverages process, system, and client knowledge to solve problems independently   
• Adheres to all required company and client driven standards and/or Service Level   Agreements (SLAs)  
• Performs simple to complex reporting such as maintaining tax research files, searching, and   investigating tax research case information, and processing departmental documents   requiring knowledge of functional operations.

* Job Qualifications:

** JOB QUALIFICATIONS  
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred  
• 3+ years of relevant experience; college education in lieu of experience   
• Client service-oriented experience preferred   
• Ability to provide exceptional client service in a high-volume production environment  
• Ability to manage time, set priorities and meet deadlines  
• Intermediate computer skills and technically savvy to learn multiple systems and   applications  
• Ability to understand basic property related documentation from a variety of sources  
• Critical thinking to synthesize information from multiple sources to solve problems  
• Detailed oriented to process data accurately
• Ability to collaborate with others and provide status updates  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills  
• Willingness to learn and grow  
• Adaptable in an ever-changing environment
** Annual Pay Range:
** 38,500 - 45,760 USD
