This role offers hands‑on exposure to flagship funds, and an opportunity to work closely with an institution recognized for its disciplined investment approach and long‑standing reputation in private markets. It is well‑suited for an experienced fund accountant ready to step into a supervisory position while maintaining hands‑on involvement with private equity accounting.

• Supervise and review fund accounting activities for private equity funds, including capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, and complex partnership structures
• Act as a primary point of contact for the auditors, and internal stakeholders
• Review NAVs, financial statements, and investor reporting packages for accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure compliance with fund agreements, US GAAP, and internal control procedures
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of fund accountants and senior fund accountants
• Coordinate deliverables across reporting cycles, audits, and ad‑hoc client requests
• Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives
• Collaborate with global teams across operations, technology, and relationship management

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in fund accounting with a focus on private equity
• Prior review or team‑lead responsibilities preferred
• Strong knowledge of private equity fund structures, capital activity, and financial reporting
• Strong communication, organizational, and people management skills
• CPA or progress toward CPA is a plus
