This role reports to the VP Global Commercial Strategies and will be based in Dallas, Texas with consideration to other ATI locations.
Role OverviewThe Pricing Director is responsible for developing, executing, and governing ATI’s enterprise pricing strategy to drive revenue growth, margin expansion and competitive differentiation. This role oversees pricing analytics, price setting, discount governance, profitability analysis and cross‑functional alignment with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations and Marketing.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive pricing strategy aligned with ATI’s business goals.
- Establish pricing policies, approval workflows, discount governance and pricing controls.
- Lead quarterly and annual pricing reviews across business units. confirmation
- Implement segmentation models and value‑based pricing frameworks.
- Oversee design and implementation of list, target and transactional pricing.
- Support Sales with pricing guidance, deal structures, guardrails and negotiation frameworks.
- Identify and reduce pricing leakage, discount outliers and margin erosion.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor pricing, cost drivers and raw material impacts.
- Build pricing dashboards, KPIs and margin analysis tools.
- Lead profitability assessments by customer, product, segment and region.
- Partner with Finance to forecast pricing impacts on revenue and margins.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to ensure pricing decisions support commercial strategy and customer value.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Model price sensitivity, elasticity and financial impact of cost or market changes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
